Fresh Strawberries in January

What a treat it is to be able to pick fresh strawberries in January! This is just one of the percs
of living in Florida. A friend and I stumbled upon a wonderful farm in DeLeon Springs, Florida You are given the privilege of picking our own berries, which sent me back to doing
this back on a farm in Illinois. While talking with the owner, I discovered that they do have
a farm back in LaSalle County, Illinois. In fact, the Mrs. is originally from Ottawa, Illinois.
It made the visit sweeter, as I have a dear friend who resides there. She will be coming in
March, so it would be a great place to take her.

We were told today that we wouldn't find any berries, as the farm had over 100 visitors yesterday who picked the ripe ones. We can come back on Monday, and they will be ready once again.

It would be a great idea to visit the farm with friends, pick the berries, and then return home
and enjoy this sweet treat altogether. Something good as this is even better when shared with friends.

Creation of the Little Girls Club

Hello,

My name is Lynn. The Little Girls Club has been a long time coming to get to this point. It has
been a dream of mine for several years. You might ask, what is the Little Girls Club? Is it a
bunch of little girls having fun at a club? In a sense yes, it is. I don't care what age you are
as a woman, you are always a little girl on the inside. Many times that little girl has a hard time
expressing herself, and she remains hidden. It would be a sad day to think that there is a little
girl inside any of us that can't come out and play when she wants to. This is what the Little Girls
Club is about. It is a place that the little girl in you can express herself in the way she wants.
I don't know any of us that don't want to have fun and would just love to play at life. There is always a time to be serious, but when The Little Girls get together, this is their time to enjoy themselves as they did when they were children.

I will be posting adventures that the Little Girls have in the near future. Perhaps you would
like to join us by telling us your play time with other Little Girls. We will be talking soon.
